We are looking for people who can accurately report on the service experience they receive, if you think you are fair and observant and have a good understanding of what good customer service should be, we would like to hear from you.

You should be over 16 years of age and ideally have a customer service background, although we can provide vocational training for young people aged 16-24 in customer service.
